So I was skeptical about buying these due to the reviews. However I am so glad I did. These are hands down my favorite boots. They are so pretty, comfortable and most importantly warm. Now I did stay them down with waterproof spray but that is just because I live in Massachusetts were we get a lot of snow. The only thing to know is that they do run a little big. I ordered a size 8 when I definitely could have ordered at 7 1/2 and been okay.

Thank you so much for the great products. Update after 3 more purchases: By the way you can even machine wash these on delicate settings!!! Or by hand if your machine is a HE machine. Take the insoles out and do not put them in the dryer. Since you guys talk about bad odors. WASH THEM. Towel dry the boots after you have washed them. I have purchased four pairs of these in different colors. The darker fur ones are fluffier than the white fur ones. The bottoms are rubber and the fur will need to be brushed out before first use. All of my sizes have been spot on. Size 8, is a size 8. In Black, Pink, Green, Tan. Just some info for you guys to make your choices. The shipping has been kinda slow but well worth the wait. About two and a half weeks.

I choose this rating because the package i got was grey NOT a box.. it look like it had been ripped open and taped back together. The boots i ordered a size 7 and im pretty sure they gave me a 6... The seller kept asking me to send them to ANOTHER person who ordered them in the USA in stead of where they are located in China, because i wanted to return them for these reason;

1. The boots are not the right size
2. There was a thousand thread strings i had to cut off before i could even try them on!
3. The fur looks NOTHING like the picture and it wasn't even attached all the way to the boot! There was a huge gap where they "forgot" to sew the fur to the boot! which was my BIGGEST concern with these boots!

Now It has been several days, I have gotten my refund but, the seller wont send me a return label and insists i send them to someone else who has ordered them.. Which i think that's what happened to me got them sent by someone who was trying to return them.. The boots are defective and I will NOT send them to someone else in the USA because they ordered them. I have contacted amazon TWICE about this!!! This seller is HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE buy from another seller! it shouldn't take this long to get a return label! But from another seller or save your money! NOT WORTH ALL THIS HASSLE!
