The star, bottom of the tote, and the pocket are easily completed with fabric from your scrap bins or your stash since such a small amount of fabric is needed. The main body of the tote (besides the superstar) is made from a stack and slash technique, where you'll end up creating a scrappy background using 10 squares of 10 different fabrics.
