In 1973, after the breakup of Happy End with Haruomi Hosono, Takashi Matsumoto, and Shigeru Suzuki, Eiichi Otaki, who founded his own label "Niagara" in 1975, which included the debut album release of Sugar Babe with Tatsuro Yamashita and Taeko Ohnuki, laid the foundation for this day's Japanese pop music.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Niagara label, and various events are being held.

"A LONG VACATION," released in 1981, recorded a cumulative shipment of 3 million copies and is a historically famous album that shines brilliantly in the Japanese music scene. The album for sale is an analog record of the "40th Anniversary Edition" released in 2021 to commemorate its 40th anniversary, which was re-released as a limited edition with an encore press in transparent blue color vinyl.
