Swanky Southern Kids girls dress. Light blue and white striped body with red Ric rac around the bottom. A white tightly smocked neckline with integrated red lobsters embroidered pattern. Round neckline with small ruffle cap sleeves. A longer size 5 dress with an approximate length of 29” from the shoulder. I measured across the chest and it is approximately 13” the dress is preloved and in excellent condition.
