Palm Tree Shape
The wood was burned before it was sealed, giving it that true handmade look!
Says “Florida” at the bottom.
The sparkly areas look to be a gold glitter resin enamel epoxy type of material.
Gold tone metal clock hands
Has the makers business card still stapled to the back! Any clocks I’ve seen fancy this were dated between 1950’s-1980’s
According to the business card- “Brian Ailion from Cypress Design Ft Lauderdale Florida”
It’s super cool! I like the raw vintage look to it, if I had a place in my house to match its look I would just keep it, as it’s really exceptional and nicely made. It’s a uncomplicated, yet stunning design.
Requires 1 AA battery (I will provide one with purchase)
*I DID test it, & it DOES work- it’s been running steadily for about a week this day, keeping accurate time.
*It’s nice hearing that subtle “tick tock tick tock” sound from the seconds hand… incredibly nostalgic, as everything is digital these days.
