This vintage duster is used to dust flour or other food ingredients onto work surfaces, dough, cake pans, etc.
Its spring-action handle allows basic, one-handed operation. It also is dishwasher safe.

The duster can distribute a light, even coating of flour, confectioners sugar, corn meal -even spices. To use, simply dredge the duster in flour or other powdered food ingredients, squeeze to open to fill the duster. Then release to close the spring. Position the duster over your dough or other item you wish to dust and squeeze gently for a lighter dusting, or harder for a heavier coating.
