Item is in good condition. It does have micro scratches and scuffs on the litho, I tried my best to show it under direct white light. (It doesn't look as bad in person and framed, the direct light makes it look more intense than it really is.) It does NOT have tears, as it's been framed the whole time. excellent for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
