Vintage Waterman's Edeal fountain pen necklace pendant FRAIL condition pls READ

Hello I'm not a pen expert to be sure. I found this pen in a small suitcase full of my mother's collection of vintage / antique beaded and mesh purses. To be honest I thought it was a lipstick until this week as I have started to sell them I thought should probably see if it melted and it turned out to be this cool pen! I don't think it's gold or silver maybe brass? There are some places where it has flaked off and small dings, etc... I did my best to get close ups. I'm selling it as is for parts/repair only because of what I don't know about it and it's condition, other than what I can show you. I really hope someone will enjoy adding it to their collection!I'm just guessing about the age.
