The clock works. Please watch video. Hopefully you can hear the clock ticking but if not, it is and you can hear the chimes working. I think they do need to be adjusted. The left front foot is chipped. On the inside it looks like one of the chime rods has come loose or possibly is broken, but it is inside. It is the longest Chime closest to the face of the clock.
