• Colors can be blended on almost any surface, including paper, vellum, wood, and plastic film
• Vintage collection (from the 1990s). Made by Berol – known for stricter quality standards
• Condition: 23 of the 24 pencils are recent. One pencil has been partially used. Box is vintage in good condition. Please see pictures for color and condition.
