Cane Umbrella Parasol Handle

I do not know much about this piece. Please review the photos to get a better idea of what this is! In good, vintage condition. One of the mother of pearl panels has a chip. There is minimal tarnish throughout. Minimal marks. No major physical damage however. Measures in total apx 9.5” This is not spotless or in like-new condition. It is vintage, antique and has obvious signs of handling/age. No major damage that I can find.
