I felt it lifted my mood as well (can it do that by being only on my head?). I've used it for about a year to test. I love it so much. I'm actually upgrading to a panel for a much larger body section and I don't need something just for my head.Please note that Mito is a really great brand that uses excellent LEDs. There are now tons of products on the market that are labeled red LEDs but the quality of the actual LEDs really makes a big difference.
