Needs some TLC and oiling. VERY WELL MADE... these have stood time, and in fantastic working order. Made in USA..  These are the some of the first PINKING SHEARS ever made by Sam Briskman in the 1930s.   They are the MODEL B PINKING SHEARS.  VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND .
