Vintage Official Girl Scout Uniform Green Short Sleeve Shoulder Patch USA 1960s Dress, Tie and Belt.
The last 2 buttonholes are for looks, the dress does not open entire the way down.

Length from base of collar-28 3/4"
Bottom width-25 1/2"
Shoulder to shoulder-13 1/2"
Shoulder seam to sleeve hem (top of sleeve)-9 1/2"
There are 2 buttons missing.
There are a few light stains.
The tie pieces are lightly stained and one end has a name on it.
There is a small tag with 10 on it, I don't know if that is the size tag or not.
The last 2 pictures show the stains I could see.
In the last picture the color is washed out but it does show the stains.
