Yes. The Nigerian Girl In STEM Network offers tutor-led onboarding as well as handholding to members volunteering in any capacity.
We’d guide you every step of the way and provide you with as much needed guidance to help you thrive and make positive impacts.
We also hold periodic virtual and/or in-person “STEM Sisters Connect” where you get to network and learn from other volunteers.
The Nigerian Girl In STEM “Ask A STEM Sis” series also provides you an opportunity to send in whatever questions you have across various range of subjects including volunteering, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Personal Development, Graduate School etc.
Yes. Nigerian Girl In STEM is a fully Non-Profit Organization.
We welcome donations in form of cash, educational materials including books and other school supplies, as well as materials such as sanitary towels etc., that support the delivery of our causes to underserved and disadvantaged communities.
Members of the Nigerian Girl In STEM Foundation are encouraged to join the Fundraising Team and also seek out opportunities to garner support for our CSR Initiatives.
