Vintage 1950's Black Velvet Feather Netted Veil Fascinator Fashion HatHat is in preowned vintage condition, some signs of wear from age are present. There is a hole in the front of the netting. The feather appears to be lacquered or painted so it is hard. The netting hangs down on the side so I tied it in the back for photos, I believe this is how it is supposed to be worn. mannequin is not included-Please review all photos carefully, and message me with any questions before purchasing. -All items are in as found condition, while we do gently clean the items, you may need to do further cleaning of your item.
