Purchased from this site and it won’t work for me. (I’m 5’10 and this isn’t long enough for me flat footed).I don’t know why the tag says size 10, I was told it was a size 4 (and it’s definitely not a size 10)! I’m not a seamstress and am not good with exact measurements- it’s about 13.5 inches across middle and about 54-55 inches long (from shoulder).Hoping this will work for someone as a beginner pageant dress or a photo shoot option.
