Factory used black stepside tailgate with normal wear, scratches, and small paint chips. No dents, no rustvon bottom pinch weld as seen in pictures. Comes with a handle, bezel, straps, and top spoiler lip. Has rust on latches, but it opens and closes properly. These are only for stepside beds as they are shorter and will not fit a fleetside bed.
