Has a couple of imperfections here and there with the paint but otherwise in terrific shape. I believe this was hand painted in my opinion. Made of ceramic and has a removable plug at the bottom to remove coins. The ball in the front does lead to his stomach so coins could go that way or there’s also another coin hole at the back of his head. Super adorable!As is condition, smoke free home
