Designed to attach securely to lash points under the saddle and to the seat post with well sewn nylon velcro straps. There are 3 zippers and 2 compartments. The top compartment has a small, silky neoprene inner-pocket section for valuables. The bottom compartment is opened with the middle zipper, with the lower zipper expanding the compartment for extra space, if you need it.
